Meet the Pennsylvania Primary Care Career Center Staff

Judd Mellinger-Blouch, MPA, CPRP,  Director

Judd (judd@pachc.org) started with the Career Center in March 2014, but he has been working in health care for more than 30 years. Judd's experience includes almost 20 years working with physicians, medical students and practice managers as a director with the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He holds a Masters in Public Administration degree from Penn State and is a Fellow of the Association For Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (FASPR). Judd's responsibilities include advising employers on recruiting and retention, helping job seekers explore their options, speaking to groups of residents and students, and keeping current on laws and regulations impacting the healthcare workforce. He lives in Hershey, PA, with his wife, Ellen, and is the proud father of two adult children, Jake Blouch and Leah Mellinger-Blouch, father-in-law of Sophia Barrett, and best human friend to Luke Catwalker. Judd works with physicians and physician job opportunities.

 

Nechvy Vazquez, MPA, Recruitment Coordinator

Nechvy (nechvy@pachc.org) joined PACHC in January of 2022. In her position as the recruitment coordinator she provides expertise and support to community health centers, rural health clinics and critical access hospitals and other safety net facilities across the state in the recruitment and retention of physicians and other clinical, administrative and ancillary staff. Nechvy works with Judd Mellinger-Blouch to  communicate with new candidates and to updated job postings for our clients, most of whom are FQHCs. Nechvy is also responsible for updating social media and will take on other duties with the career Center website. Nechvy is working on her bachelor's degree in English literature. A native of Puerto Rico, Nechvy adds bilingual capabilities to the Career Center staff. Nechvy works with dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other clinical and administrative staff.
