The Pennsylvania Primary Care Career Center, a service of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers, works with scores of employers across Pennsylvania to help them locate great candidates. We also offer education and services that can help you improve your recruitment and retention.

More Exposure for Your Jobs – We’ll post your job on our job board and the job board of the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3RNet). We also post to Indeed, The Ladders, social media channels, and PracticeLink. PACHC members post for no charge.
Meet and Greet Candidates – The Career Center hosts career fairs, networking socials, and educational presentations where you have the opportunity to meet potential candidates.
Access to Our Databases of Candidates – We not only keep our own list of hundreds of candidates, but we can also tap into the databases of 3RNet and PracticeLink.
Preliminary Screenings – By gathering information on candidates and communicating with them about their preferences, we’re able to send you candidates who meet your requirements.
Professional Growth through Webinars and Education – Working with 3RNet, the STAR2 Center and other sources, we host or sponsor a variety of educational events to help you improve your recruiting and raise your retention rates.
A National Network through 3RNet– The Career Center is the Pennsylvania member of 3RNet, which has members in all 50 states plus other agencies. 3RNet has a variety of resources online that help the Career Center provide better service to you. And 3RNet gives us contacts and knowledge of opportunities and candidates from coast to coast.
